百年大计重在教育!面对90后、独生子女等标签的学生,身为老师,我们该怎样对其进行科学有效的引导,该打造一个怎样的班集体来为学生们营造一个良好的学习生存环境?在本文中,笔者以结合自己的教学经验及往届毕业生的返校回馈,同时嫁接人力资源管理学的相关知识内容为基础,对如何打造创新学习型班集体及其必要性做了浅要分析并提出相关措施。目的是为了更好地实施新课标教程,全面落实课程改革方案,切实提高教学质量,更是为了能够让学生们拥有一个良好的学习环境,为其成为社会所需要的真正的全方位复合型人才提供重要的理论依据。
One hundred years will be spent on education! In the face of students who are labelled after the 90s and only children, as teachers, how can we guide them scientifically and effectively? What kind of class should be created to create a good learning environment for students? In this article, I combine my own teaching experience with the back-to-school feedback of previous graduates, and at the same time grafted on the relevant knowledge content of human resource management, I made a summary of how to create an innovative learning class collective and its necessity. Analyze and propose relevant measures. The purpose is to better implement the new curriculum standard course, fully implement the curriculum reform program, and effectively improve the quality of teaching.
