目的:了解西宁地区婴儿微量元素缺乏与月龄的关系特点。方法:测定2009年4月—2010年4月来我院门诊行常规健康体检的出生后满42天、3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月的健康婴儿556例末梢血微量元素,包括钙、镁、铁、铜、锌、锰、镉、铅。结果:此次调查结果显示,9个月和12个月组与42天组在缺锌及缺钙上经统计学分析有显著性差异;6个月、9个月及12个月组与3个月组在缺钙上经统计学分析有显著性差异。结论:西宁地区常年气候寒冷,一年中有效日照时间短,加之经济较不发达,孕妇围产期营养保健工作也相对滞后,导致婴儿微量元素缺乏与月龄有其特殊性。
Objective: To understand the relationship between infant micronutrient deficiency and the age of the infant in Xining area.
