在抗击非典型肺炎斗争中,全市各条战线的基层党组织和广大共产党员不畏艰险,勇挑重担,用可歌可泣的英雄事迹谱写了一曲学习实践“三个代表”重要思想的时代赞歌。当前,我市非典型肺炎的疫情依然严峻。面对这场重大的政治考验,全市基层党组织和全体共产党员要迎接挑战,继续以高度的政治责任感和历史使命感,以敢于胜利的精神,团结带领全市人民打赢这场没有硝烟的战争。为此,经市委领导同意,市委组织部决定,在全市基层党组织和共产党员中开展“学习实践‘三个代表’保持先进性”主题教育活动。现提出以下意见:
