研究型中医院是中医药知识产权的重要产出领域,中医药知识产权管理在研究型中医院的发展中尤为重要。从曙光医院专利申请情况、专利技术分布情况、专利申请与科室相关性情况及医院知识产权制度四方面进行研究,分析曙光医院现有知识产权体系的优势与不足,以期通过改善最终形成系统的中医药知识产权管理体系。
Research TCM hospital is an important output area of TCM intellectual property. The management of TCM IPR is especially important in the development of research TCM hospital. The paper analyzes the patent application situation, the distribution of patent technology, the correlation between patent application and department and the intellectual property system of hospital from the aspects of Shuguang Hospital patent application, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing intellectual property system in Shuguang Hospital so as to improve the final system Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property Management System.
