潘德旭2013年7月来到中国,任职不足两年即要离开,保时捷中国内部变动又如此频繁,这一切不免令人生疑该来的终是要来,该走的总是要走。保时捷股份有限公司新近宣布,52岁的保时捷现任海外及新兴市场副总裁方智勇(Franz Jung)将于2015年6月1日接替53岁的潘德旭(Deeseh Papke)出任保时捷中国董事会主席,后者则前往迪拜,接手保时捷中东及非洲子公司的管理工作。每隔一段时间,跨国公司在各地区间进行高管换防是推进经营的手段之一,实属正常。但潘德旭2013年7月来到中国,任职不足两年即要离开,不免令人生疑。

From time to time, it is normal for multinational corporations to carry out executive defense exchange among different regions and regions as one of the means to promote business. However, Pan Dexu’s arrival in China in July 2013 has left him in doubt in less than two years.
