2005年4月14日,由湖南经济管理干部学院牵头召开的“全国部分经管干部学院负责人座谈会”在长沙市召开。湖南、北京、上海、福建、江西、湖北等6省市经济管理干部学院(经理学院)的领导及有关人员20余人参加了会议。与会代表交流了各经理学院贯彻中共中央组织部(2004)42号文(关于印发《关于加强和改进企业经营管理人员教育培训工作的意见》的通知)精神的经验与做法,分析了当前企业管理干部教育培训的新形势和新问题,展望了经济管理干部学院今后的发展方向,提出了推进企业管理培训工作的对策和建议。与会代表一致认为,各学院要加大基地建设力度,加强自身建设,迎接新一轮企业教育培训高潮。中组部干教局李为民等领导同志出席会议,并对下一步培训工作提出要求。
April 14, 2005, led by the Hunan Provincial Economic and Management Cadre Institute, “part of the National Institute of the management of cadres, forum” held in Changsha. The participants exchanged their experiences and practices in implementing the spirit of Circular No. 42 (2004) of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee (Opinions on Enhancing and Improving the Education and Training of Business Managers) and analyzed the current problems in business management The new situation and new problems of cadre education and training, looking forward to the future development of economic management cadre college, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote enterprise management training. Delegates agreed that each college should step up efforts to build a base, strengthen its own building and meet the climax of a new round of enterprise education and training. Leaders of the Central Organization Department, Li Weimin and other leading cadres attended the meeting and put forward requirements for the next training.
