本文对ICP-AES法测定水中铁、锰的能力验证项目进行不确定度评定。讨论和比较了测量重复性、工作曲线变动性、标准溶液及分取标准溶液等不确定度影响因素,不确定度主要来源于分取标准溶液的过程中,工作曲线变动性的不确定度分量很小。水样中铁和锰含量的相对扩展不确定度分别为1.8%(k=2)和1.7%(k=2)。本文尝试将不确定度评定结果和能力验证统计量结合用于实验室检测能力水平分析。铁、锰的测定值与能力验证中位值接近,水样的测定结果为满意结果。
In this paper, ICP-AES method for the determination of iron and manganese water capacity verification project assessment of the uncertainty. The influencing factors of uncertainty such as repeatability of measurement, variability of working curve, standard solution and standard solution are discussed and compared. The uncertainty mainly comes from the uncertainty of the variation of working curve in the process of taking standard solution Very small. The relative expansion uncertainties of iron and manganese in water samples are 1.8% (k = 2) and 1.7% (k = 2), respectively. This paper attempts to combine the results of uncertainty assessment with proficiency testing statistics for the analysis of laboratory testing competence. The measured value of iron and manganese is close to the median value of capacity verification, and the result of water sample is satisfactory.
