目的 :建立骨松康胶囊中的乌头碱的含量测定方法。方法 :用异羟肟酸反应 高氯酸铁显色分光光度法测定骨松康胶囊及川乌、草乌药材中乌头碱的含量。结果 :该方法显色稳定性好 ,结果准确 ,回收率为 97.7% (RSD =2 .3% )。结论 :采用本法可较好地反映药品脱毒处理的水平 ,确保药品安全有效
Objective : To establish a method for determination of aconitine in Gusongkang capsule. Methods: The colorimetric determination of aconitine in Gusongkang capsules and Chuanwu and Kusao were carried out by spectrophotometric method with iron perchlorate. Results: The method showed good color stability and accurate results with a recovery rate of 97.7% (RSD =2.3%). Conclusion: This method can better reflect the level of drug detoxification and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drugs.
