在我国强力推动文化大发展大繁荣的今天,我国新闻出版业成为朝阳产业,业界的竞争日益激烈,怎样扩大国内市场份额,做大做强企业,乃至跨出国门,开拓国际市场,是出版业商家都必须积极探索的问题。笔者属出版业中图书出版新人,尽管经验不足,但自认为:扩大企业知名度、明确读者群、确定选题方向、挖掘作者源应为我们这类刚刚起步运营的图书企业应采取的策略。
