我厂生产的一只蜗轮,最大直径是1672毫米,要求铸齿使用,材质是 QT60—2球墨铸铁,毛重1.5吨。采用3吨冲天炉熔化,出铁温度一般可以达到1380℃,球化剂采用稀土合金,直接在浇包中进行球化处理后马上浇注,对于铁水浇注温度我们认为问题不大。蜗轮齿形模数是22,对于铸齿不可能产生浇不到现象。所以第一次我们采用从蜗轮相对的两个轮幅空挡中开8道内浇口进铁水,每道内浇口截面尺寸是70×15毫米,如图1所示。两道直浇口上面采用扁担横浇口,中间用一个浇口杯进行浇注,整个浇注系统采用封闭式浇注。蜗轮轴孔上面一只φ420×250毫米的冒口圈进行补缩,在蜗轮轮缘面上开8个φ20毫米的出气孔。铸型采用粘土烘模砂型,热模进行浇注。结果在蜗轮铸齿上,大部
