利凡諾(雷佛奴尔)的測定,一般系用重量法,检品量多,测定費时,不适用于药房制剂。陈占昌报道,用重鉻酸鉀沉淀利凡諾,过滤后,滴定剩余重鉻酸鉀,間接测定本品含量,但操作繁,不易控制。1941年和提出利用本品在酸性条件下与亚硝酸生成樱紅色产物的重氮化反应,进行目视比色測定。本文在此基础上对利凡諾与亚硝酸呈色反应条件进行試驗,拟訂了一个簡易的光电比色法,操作簡便,检品用量少,回收率試驗良
