目的:观察抗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎胶囊(K-CoxB-JN)复方水提物对注射阿霉素致小鼠心肌的治疗作用。方法:以阿霉素3 mg.kg-1 ip,隔日1次,共7次致小鼠心肌损伤,造模同时开始ig K-CoxB-JN复方水提物高、中、低剂量(10,5,2.5g.kg-1)连续3周,并设模型组(生理盐水)和正常对照组。称量小鼠心脏指数,计算存活率,测定血清肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氧酶(LDH)活性,光镜下观察心室肌组织形态学变化。结果:K-CoxB-JN复方水提取物能减轻阿霉素致心肌损伤小鼠的心肌间质水肿、充血,减轻心肌的坏死程度,减少心肌细胞坏死范围。结论:K-CoxB-JN复方水提取物对阿霉素致心肌损伤小鼠有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of K-CoxB-JN compound aqueous extract on adriamycin-induced myocardium in mice. Methods: Myocardial injury was induced in mice by adriamycin 3 mg.kg-1 ip every other day for 7 times. Simultaneously, high, medium and low doses of aqueous K-CoxB-JN extract (10, 5,2.5g.kg-1) for 3 weeks, and model group (normal saline) and normal control group. The cardiac index of mice was weighed, the survival rate was calculated, the activities of serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were measured. The morphological changes of ventricular muscle were observed under light microscope. Results: Water extract of K-CoxB-JN can alleviate myocardial interstitial edema, hyperemia, reduce the degree of myocardial necrosis and reduce the extent of cardiomyocyte necrosis in doxorubicin-induced myocardial injury mice. Conclusion: K-CoxB-JN compound aqueous extract has certain therapeutic effect on doxorubicin-induced myocardial injury in mice.
