目的与方法 :用人精子染色体畸变试验分析昆明山海棠对人精子染色体畸变率和断裂均数的影响。结果 :结果显示昆明山海棠 (THH) 5 0 μg/ml、10 0 μg/ml、2 0 0 μg/ml3个剂量组的染色体畸变率分别为 11 5 4%、15 71%、16 79% ,断裂均数为 0 .1346、0 .2 143、0 .2 2 14,与空白对照组畸变率 (7.2 5 % )和断裂均数 (0 .10 14)比较 ,除 5 0 μg/ml剂量组外 ,其余 2组均有显著性差异 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :结果表明THH对人精子染色体具有致断作用 ,其是否可作为男性避孕药尚待进一步研究
Objectives and methods: To analyze the effect of Kunming sea lice on the chromosome aberration rate and the mean number of rupture of human spermatozoa with human sperm chromosome aberration test. Results: The results showed that the chromosomal aberration rates of three doses of Kunming Mountain Begonia (THH) 50 μg/ml, 100 μg/ml, and 200 μg/ml were 11 5 4%, 15 71%, and 16 79% respectively. The mean numbers of fractures were 0.1364, 0.243, and 0.242, compared with the rate of aberration (7.25%) and the average number of fractures (0.114) in the control group, except for the 50 μg/ml dose group. In addition, the other two groups had significant differences, P <0 0 5. Conclusion : The results show that THH has a catastrophic effect on human sperm chromosomes. Whether it can be used as a male contraceptive requires further study.
