《紫色》是非裔美籍女作家艾丽丝·沃克的一部受读者喜爱并影响深远的小说。这部作品展示了黑人女性在性别和种族歧视双重压迫下的政治状况和生活境遇,以及对压迫的反抗和对自我完善和美好生活的渴求,同时也揭示了妇女主义思想的内涵及对黑人妇女要求解放和平等的重要意义。本文通过分析《紫色》来展现作者反对歧视和压迫的妇女主义者形象以及其独特的妇女主义思想内涵。
Purple is a favorite and influential novel by readers of the African-American author Alice Walker. This work shows the political conditions and life situations of black women under the dual oppression of gender and racial discrimination as well as their resistance to oppression and their desire for self-improvement and a better life. It also reveals the connotation of the feminist ideology and its influence on black women The importance of liberation and equality. By analyzing “Purple”, this article shows the author’s image of anti-discrimination and oppression of women as well as his unique connotation of women’s ideology.
