宁玉兰,郭志刚(阜阳卫校、阜阳地区医院)报道:患者男,48岁。4年前曾行二尖瓣分离木,术后二年因房颇服用乙胺碘呋酮。服药2个月后,发现双眼视物模糊,视力右0.2,左0.3.均不能矫正(原双眼视力为1.0),双角膜表层有细小色素沉,积双晶体前皮质有多黄白色点状混浊。改服异搏定(共5个月)期间双眼视力末再恶化。后因房颤又加重,再服乙胺碘呋酮(400～800mg/日)2个多月后,视力降到右眼
