在当今社会,现代企业管理已经成为了一门纷繁复杂的学科,而人力资源管理是这门学科的核心。在当前的企业中,企业不再仅仅停留在使用各种手段招揽所需的人才,而是综合运用各种激励手段,稳定和培养专业人才。一个优秀的企业,应该在管理过程中注重对激励机制的研究,从多个方面着手,综合运用激励手段,最大限度地将员工的积极性调动起来,促使企业良性发展。
In today’s society, modern business management has become a complex subject, and human resources management is the core of this discipline. In the current enterprises, enterprises no longer just stay in the use of various means to recruit the necessary talent, but the comprehensive use of various incentives to stabilize and train professionals.
