四川大竹县8岁女童李微微为救落水小同伴不幸身亡,当地政府为其申报“见义勇为”称号未获批准。四川省见义勇为基金会和大竹县综治办认为,《四川省保护和奖励见义勇为条例》中对未成年人实施此种行为没有明确规定,李微微作为未成年人,不具有完全行为能力和自保能力,不具备见义勇为的相关要件;同时,对未成年人见义勇为要不提倡、不宣传、不鼓励,避免盲目模仿。8岁女童救人不幸溺亡,令人万分惋惜悲痛,为其申报“见义勇为”称号
