近年来,北京动画产业发展迅速,在制作实力、产业基地建设、播映平台拓展等方面取得了可喜的成绩。但与此同时,政策得不到有效落实、产业链不完整、产业协作能力差、高端人才缺乏、知识产权保护不力、营销观念滞后等问题也困扰着北京动画产业的进一步发展。北京应立足实际,放眼国际,积极探讨和制定北京动画产业做大做强的战略对策。
In recent years, the animation industry in Beijing has been developing rapidly and has made gratifying achievements in its production strength, industrial base construction and broadcast platform expansion. However, at the same time, some problems such as the lack of effective implementation of policies, the incomplete industrial chain, the poor ability of industry collaboration, the lack of high-end professionals, the weak protection of intellectual property rights and the lagging marketing concept have also plagued the further development of the animation industry in Beijing. Beijing should base itself on reality and look to the world to actively explore and formulate strategic measures to make Beijing’s animation industry bigger and stronger.
