研究了10个6,8-二氟喹诺酮类抗菌药在N1和C7位取代基的结构与抗菌活性的关系。结果表明,N1取代基除了必须符合适当的STERIMOL长度外,还要有一定的脂溶性;C7位取代基主要是脂溶性因素影响化合物的抗菌活性。
The structure and antibacterial activity of 10 6,8-difluoroquinolone antibacterial agents at N1 and C7 substituents were studied. The results showed that, in addition to the N1 substituent must meet the appropriate STERIMOL length, but also have some fat-soluble; C7 substituent mainly fat-soluble compounds affect the antibacterial activity.
