近年来随着我国综合国力的不断提高,促进了各项事业的开展情况。但是,随着时代的发展,传统的企业管理模式显然已经无法与企业的发展相适应。思想政治工作开展的良好与否,直接影响到企业发展的整体性、科学性,所以强化企业思想政治工作显得尤为重要。本文以极具代表的煤炭企业作为研究对象,对新时期社会背景下其思想政治工作开展的现状以及行之有效的应错措施进行分析,在提高人员综合素质能力的基础上,促进煤炭企业的发展,同时为我国国民经济的发展创造有利条件。具体现状分析内容,均报道如下,并提出相对合理有效的解决措施。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s overall national strength, it has promoted the development of various undertakings. However, with the development of the times, the traditional mode of enterprise management obviously can not adapt to the development of enterprises.
