今年元月 14日 ,第四届全国杰出青年法学家颁奖仪式在北京人民大会堂隆重举行。颁奖仪式前 ,周永康等领导亲切会见了十大杰出青年法学家 ,并勉励他们多提治国安邦的真知灼见 ,多创造实践需要的学术精品。借此机会 ,本刊特邀新当选的部分杰出青年法学家围绕“科学发展观视野下的法学与法治发展”这一主题 ,从各自的研究领域进行笔谈 ,以飨读者。
January 14 this year, the Fourth National Outstanding Young Jurist award ceremony was held in Beijing Great Hall of the People. Before the ceremony, Zhou Yongkang and other leaders met cordially with ten outstanding young jurists and encouraged them to make more suggestions on how to handle the country and the nation, and to create more academic products for practical use. Taking this opportunity, some prominent young jurists invited to the newly elected journal center on the theme of “Law and Rule of Law Development under the Scientific Development Vision” and carry out written conversations from their respective fields of study to readers.
