用Pulsineli四动脉结扎法造成大鼠急性脑缺血再灌损伤,观察槲皮素磷酸酯钾的保护作用并探讨其机制。结果表明:静脉注射槲皮素磷酸酯钾20mg/kg可降低脑钙及丙二醛含量,减轻脑水肿并缓解脑损伤引起的乳酸脱氢酶释放,改善脑电图的抑制和脑组织的病理损伤,提示本品对脑缺血再灌损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与防止脑细胞钙超载和抗脂质过氧化有关。
Acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was induced by Pulsineli four-artery ligation in rats. The protective effect of quercetin potassium phosphate and its mechanism were observed.
