2015年1月开始运转的欧亚经济联盟是俄罗斯在独联体空间主导的经济一体化水平最高的国际经济组织。对俄罗斯而言,维持和巩固在独联体地区的势力范围、提高自身国际地位、为经济发展创造有利的周边环境以及保护海外同胞的利益,是其推动建立该联盟的主要动机;对于联盟其他国家而言,从联盟中获得国家安全与社会稳定的可靠保障,以及最大限度获得经济利益,是其主要战略考量。欧亚经济联盟的建立具有重要的世界影响。从世界经济的视角看,它在欧亚地区经济格局的演变、经济全球化与一体化的发展、与西方的地缘经济竞争、第三方在联盟空间的地位和影响以及国际经济合作等方面产生了广泛影响,虽然总体而言其影响程度是有限的,但在某些方面的影响仍不可低估。从世界政治的视角看,它提高了俄罗斯的国际威望与地位,促进了世界多极化发展趋势,并将加剧俄罗斯与西方的地缘政治斗争。
The Eurasian Economic Union, which began operation in January 2015, is the highest-level international economic organization in Russia’s space-led economy. For Russia, maintaining and consolidating its sphere of influence in the CIS region, enhancing its own international status, creating a favorable environment for economic development and protecting the interests of overseas compatriots are its main motivation for promoting the establishment of the alliance; for the other For the country, obtaining a credible guarantee of national security and social stability from the coalition and maximizing economic benefits are its main strategic considerations. The establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union has an important world impact. From the perspective of the world economy, it has resulted in the evolution of the economic pattern in Eurasia, the development of economic globalization and integration, the geo-economic competition with the West, the third party’s position and influence in the alliance space, and international economic cooperation. Widely affected, although its overall impact is limited, the impact in some aspects should not be underestimated. From the perspective of world politics, it has raised Russia’s international prestige and status, promoted the trend of multi-polarization in the world and will intensify the geopolitical struggle between Russia and the West.
