本文介绍了广州市某超甲级写字楼节能改造工程,节能率达到13.8%,年度节能量可达108.1万k Wh,节能改造后单位面积能耗降低为89.6k Wh/(m~2·年),较同级别的写字楼处于较低的能耗水平,并指出既有写字楼建筑具有较大的节能改造潜力,应从空调系统和照明系统入手,实施必要的节能改造措施;通过节能改造,该写字楼获得了绿色建筑二星运行标识和广州市既有建筑节能改造示范工程等荣誉证书,对广东省乃至全国既有建筑节能、绿色改造项目具有重要的参考价值和示范意义。
