“学本”课堂建设依据“有效教学”理论提出“先学后导—问题评价”教学模式,要求教师角色要实现根本性转变。反观当前教师对自身的角色认识,一是教师缺少转变角色的主动性,二是教师不明确角色转变的目标。旨在探索教师在“学本”课堂建设过程中应该塑造何种教师角色观。
“Classroom ” classroom construction “effective teaching ” theory put forward “learning first - problem evaluation ” teaching mode, requiring teachers to achieve a fundamental change in the role. On the contrary, current teachers’ cognition of their own roles is that teachers lack the initiative to change roles and the other is that teachers are not clear roles to change. The purpose is to explore what kind of teachers’ role should teachers shape in the process of classroom construction.
