教育无儿戏,教育工作是长期并且复杂的,对于学生的培养和引导是具有终身影响的,所以教育工作必须紧跟时代步伐,一丝不苟,尤其是小学教育,学生的身心都处在启蒙阶段,这个时期的教育环境对他们的思维的形成、人生观、价值观的树立具有非常重要的意义。所以在小学教育中,不仅仅是知识的传授,对于学生能力的培养也是非常重要的,在有限的课堂时间里,要完成复杂的教育工作,同时兼顾学生人格的健全,让每一堂课更充实,在保证知识教学完整的前提下使课堂更具有人文色彩,这就要求教师要提高教学效率,构建高效课堂,本文围绕“优化教学设计,构建小学高效课堂”这一主题展开探讨。
Education has no children’s play. Education is long-term and complicated. It has a lifelong influence on the cultivation and guidance of students. Therefore, education must keep pace with the times and be meticulous. Especially in primary education, students are in the initial stage of enlightenment. The educational environment in the period is very important for the formation of their thinking, outlook on life and values. Therefore, in primary education, it is not only the impartation of knowledge, but also the cultivation of students ’abilities that are very important. In a limited period of time, it is necessary to complete complicated education while taking into account the integrity of students’ personality so as to make each lesson more fulfilling , Which makes the classroom more humane under the precondition of ensuring the completeness of knowledge teaching. This requires teachers to improve teaching efficiency and construct efficient classroom. This article focuses on the theme of “optimizing teaching design and building efficient classroom”.
