病例报告类文稿一般可分为病例报告、临床病例讨论和病例综合报道等形式。1病例报告这是临床工作中的一种论文形式,它主要是对在临床上遇到的特殊病例(包括罕见病例,具有特殊表现而使诊断困难的病例,对药物治疗出现特殊反应的病例,误诊、误治值得吸取经验教训的病例,病情表现典型、具有明确的教学价值的病例等),用病例报告的形式报道。该类文稿一般只选一两例病例,最多不超过五例,其目的是发表后,加深人们对该病的认识并逐渐积累经验。
