制备了CaF2:Mn热释光材料及剂量计,研究了发光曲线、剂量响应曲线、响应的时间衰退特性、剂量率响应、能量响应等剂量学特性,并与几种不同的CaF2材料的热释光特性作比较。结果表明,CaF2:Mn是一种理想的热释光材料;可用于抗辐射加固研究中电子器件辐射吸收剂量的测量。
The CaF2: Mn thermoluminescence materials and dosimeters were prepared. The luminescence curves, dose response curves, time-dependent response characteristics, dose rate response, energy response and other dosimetry properties were studied. Light characteristics for comparison. The results show that CaF2: Mn is an ideal thermoluminescent material, which can be used to measure the radiation absorbed dose of electronic devices in the research of radiation reinforcement.
