作者报道101例经痰检查而诊断为卡他球菌性支气管肺部感染患者的临床及细菌学特点。疑为该病的患者根据痰中的白细胞内有革兰氏阴性双球菌,并经痰稀释度10~(-7)的定量培养时,在巧克力及羊血琼脂上有本菌生长(菌落数>20个)所证实。据此共发现101例(男64例,女37例)卡他球菌性支气管肺部感染患者。年龄23~84岁。临床及细菌学特点:从痰中只分离出卡他球菌者71例,另伴有其它病原体者30例。99次分离试验中38次可见β-内酰胺酶。9例患者为产β-内酰胺酶性的卡
The authors report the clinical and bacteriological characteristics of 101 patients diagnosed as catarrhal bronchopulmonary infection by sputum examination. Patients suspected of having this disease grew on chocolate and sheep blood agar on the basis of Gram-negative diphosphatides in leukocytes in sputum and quantified by sputum dilution 10 to -7 (the number of colonies > 20) confirmed. According to this, a total of 101 patients (64 males and 37 females) were found in patients with catarrhal bronchopulmonary infection. Age 23 to 84 years old. Clinical and bacteriological characteristics: Only 71 cases were isolated from sputum, and 30 cases were associated with other pathogens.
