参加工作十七年,置身于农村教学课改潮流,如沐春风,受益匪浅。然欣喜之余,却不难发现农村小学生的语文学习状况仍不容乐观,令人深思:学生学习方法呆板,学习情绪低落;年轻的学生家长常年在外打工,无暇顾及子女,学生在家作业马虎,懒惰成性,不受祖辈管教;课上教师唱主角,学生当配角,成为“看客”“听众”;另外还有少部分教师急功近利,思想陈旧,教学方式单调,诸多方面的因素大大地遏制了学生的学习兴趣。面对长期存在的这一系列问题,作为一名农村小学教学工作者,进一步改革课堂教学模式,切实提高学生学习效率,势在必行,要着眼于学生的终身学习。
