为进一步解决新形势下企业投资过程中出现的问题,笔者从2004 年12月至2005年3月对“三一重工”等企业进行了问卷调查,期间共发放问卷80份,收回有效问卷67 份,其中涉及石油、制药、机械、塑料等行业及一些投资公司。为增加调查的可信度,作者又对其中六家做调查问卷之外的管理者针对投资管理的一些问题进行了专访,结果与企业调查问卷情况一致。一、调查问卷呈现出的相关问题从问卷调查的结果看,企业的投资活动主要存在以下几个方面问题: (一)投资缺乏科学性。一方面表现为投资权力分配不科学,投资行为不能以经营者的意志为转移,受到非常多的主体的控制和影响,不但浪费了投资机会,同时也加大了企业投资的风险;另一方面表现为企业的投资受计划经济思想的影
