基于DEFORM-3D的铝合金支架挤压成形分析

铝合金支架性能要求较高。针对它的成形,设计了两个不同的挤压方案。使用DEFORM-3D软件分别对其挤压过程进行了数值模拟。分析并比较了两个方案中上模的载荷—行程曲线和坯料的等效应变分布。探讨了挤压成形方案的可行性,得出的结论是方案2优于方案1。结果能为实际生产提供理论基础。 Aluminum stent higher performance requirements. For its formation, designed two different extrusion program. The extrusion process was simulated by using DEFORM-3D software. The load-stroke curve and the equivalent strain distribution of the blank in the two schemes were analyzed and compared. The feasibility of extrusion molding was discussed, and the conclusion was reached that it is superior to the first one. The result can provide the theoretical basis for actual production.
