1 问题的提出近年来,由于商品经济的发展以及体制改革中带来的许多问题,在一定程度上影响了学校体育教师的积极性,使学校课余训练在数量和质量上受到不同程度的影响。如果不尽快改变这一状况,长此以往,势必会影响温州市体育后备人才的发现和培养,同时也将直接影响市体育运动水平的提高。为此,笔者试图对温州市学校课余训练工作的现状进行调查分析,找出问题,探索对策,以达到推动温州市学校课余训练工作的蓬勃发展。

Therefore, the author tries to investigate and analyze the present situation of extracurricular training in schools in Wenzhou, find out problems and explore countermeasures in order to promote the vigorous development of extracurricular training in Wenzhou schools.
