北京师范大学地理系教授邬羽光最近在中房北京指数发布会上说,房地产业不是暴利行业,房地产是否降价应视情况而定。 一、房地产业不是暴利行业。他认为,一般来讲没有一个行业在市场经济自由竞争的情况下,能够长期保持超额利润,成为一个暴利行业。所以说“房地产行业是暴利行业”这一舆论导向是错误的。在市场经济下,如果某一行业成为暴利行业的话,大家会纷纷涌向这一行业,这个行业也就不可能再获得超额利润。
