产业集群为区域创新体系提供了创新网络,产业集群有利于知识扩散、企业合作、创新人才的聚集及区域创新能力的提高等;我国许多区域已形成了一定数量的产业集群,但存在的集群以中小型非公有制企业为主,企业的创新主体地位不强,产业聚集基地的创新体系不健全,各区域创新能力不平衡等问题;文章针对性提出了以产业集群促进区域创新体系建设的一些对策措施。
Industrial clusters provide an innovation network for regional innovation system. Industrial clusters are conducive to knowledge diffusion, cooperation among enterprises, gathering of creative talents and improvement of regional innovation capability. A number of industrial clusters have been formed in many regions in our country. However, Small and medium-sized non-public-owned enterprises, the status of enterprises as the mainstay of innovation is not strong, the innovation system of industrial cluster base is not perfect, the regional innovation capacity imbalances and so on. The article puts forward some countermeasures to promote the construction of regional innovation system with industrial cluster Measures.
