随着科技水平的不断提高,建筑行业的发展迎来了崭新的春天,它在促进国民经济与社会建设方面都起到了不可替代的作用。今年来科技的发展为建筑行业的发展提供了新的契机,建筑工程管理越来越技术化,使建筑工程的管理工作质量与水平都得到了不同程度的提升。除此之外,信息技术在建筑管理中的应用也使管理人员的工作效率得以提升。但是,我们应该清楚地认识到,就目前而言,信息技术在建筑工程管理当中的应用还存在着些许漏洞,所以对于建筑工程的管理人员来说当务之急就是要采取相应的措施,科学合理的对信息技术进行优化使其与在实际的应用相适应,以促进我国建筑行业的不断发展。本文提出了当今信息技术在建筑工程管理中应用存在的一些问题并提出了切实可行的优化措施为我国建筑行业信息技术的应用提供了参考。

This year, the development of science and technology has provided a new opportunity for the development of the construction industry. The management of construction projects is becoming more and more technical, and the quality and level of management of construction projects have been improved to varying degrees. In addition, the application of information technology in building management also improves the working efficiency of managers. However, we should clearly recognize that for now, there are still some loopholes in the application of information technology in construction management, so it is imperative for management of construction projects to take corresponding measures, which are scientific and reasonable Optimization of information technology to adapt it to practical applications to promote the continuous development of China’s construction industry. This paper puts forward some problems existing in the application of information technology in construction management and puts forward feasible measures to optimize the application of information technology in construction industry in our country.
