软土地区地下交通设施建设易对周边建筑产生不利影响,但其中关于隧道明挖施工对周边建筑的影响研究较少。本文根据宁波市某沿河明挖隧道施工过程的监测结果,分析了挡墙水平位移、墙后地表沉降与基坑开挖深度的关系,墙后地表沉降与建筑沉降的关系以及建筑沉降的时间效应。研究结果表明,基坑近河道侧的挡墙变形、地表沉降及其影响范围均大于非河道侧;土体变形较大时桩基础抵抗变形的能力得以发挥,使建筑差异沉降减小;基坑开挖对周边建筑沉降的影响是一个由近及远的过程,并有一定的滞后性。
The construction of underground transport facilities in the soft soil area is likely to have an adverse impact on the surrounding buildings, but there are few studies on the impact of the tunnel excavation on the surrounding buildings. Based on the monitoring results of a Ming dug tunnel along a river in Ningbo City, this paper analyzes the relationship between the horizontal displacement of the retaining wall, the settlement of the ground behind the wall and the depth of the excavation, the relationship between the settlement of the ground behind the wall and the settlement of the building, and the settlement time of the building effect. The results show that the deformation of the retaining wall near the foundation of the foundation pit and the surface subsidence and its influence range are greater than those on the non-river side. When the soil deformation is large, the deformation resistance of the pile foundation can be exerted to reduce the differential settlement; The impact of excavation on the settlement of surrounding buildings is a process from near and far, and has some lag.
