With the rapid development of the expressway in our country and continuous improvement of the road network, the road transport has occupied half of the passenger and cargo markets. However, the consequent incident of frequent road traffic accidents has also brought severe tests on road transport, which have caused great losses to people’s lives and property. Data shows that at present, the number of vehicles owned by the passenger and cargo vehicles in the country exceeds 20 million vehicles, accounting for only 7.8% of the total number of motor vehicles.
