在对当前我国专利技术转化难以及信托业运营举步维艰的原因进行分析的基础上,提出了专利信托的推出有利于上述问题的解决,并界定了专利信托的内涵,指出了其优点、意义以及在实际运作中应注意的问题。
Based on the analysis of the difficulty in transforming patented technology and the difficult operation of the trust industry in our country, the author puts forward that the introduction of patent trust is beneficial to the solution of the above problems and defines the connotation of the patent trust. The advantages and meanings of the patent trust are pointed out. The actual operation should pay attention to the problem.
