利用3D-PDA测量了CE-WR浓淡分离燃烧器波纹形扩流锥后的回流区长度、湍流结构、粒子浓度分布等参数,在控制扩流锥底边宽度(即锥角)、扩流锥斜面波形及波间距、扩流锥在一次风喷口位置三因素条件下用方差分析方法得出了较佳的扩流锥结构及位置形式。
The length of backflow zone, turbulence structure and particle concentration distribution of the CE-WR split burner were measured by 3D-PDA. After controlling the width (ie taper angle) Bevel waveform and wave pitch, expansion cone in the primary air spout position of the three factors under the conditions of variance analysis method obtained a better cone structure and location of the form.
