本文对233例不同年龄组正常儿童、119例白血病患儿及56例非白血病患儿的尿液进行了分析,发现假尿核苷与肌酐比值的增高与骨髓及末梢血中幼稚细胞数呈显著正相关,其相关系数(r)分别为0.53和0.47,相关显著检验,P 值均<0.05。结果表明,比值的增高,对白血病是相对特异的,通过比值的分析,可监测病情,观察患儿对治疗的反应和判断病情是否复发。因此法简单,先进可靠,对病人无侵害性,所以具有很好的临床应用价值。
In this paper, 233 cases of normal children of different ages, 119 cases of leukemia in children and 56 cases of non-leukemia in children were analyzed and found that increased false nucleoside and creatinine ratio of bone marrow and peripheral blood of naive cells was significantly The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.53 and 0.47, respectively, significant correlation test, P <0.05. The results showed that the higher ratio of leukemia is relatively specific, the ratio of the analysis can monitor the disease, observe the children’s response to treatment and determine whether the recurrence of the disease.
