本文研究了梨的13个品种和4个杂交组合的光合强度和叶绿素含量。结果表明,砂梨光合强度多数在11~15mgco_2dm~(-2)h~(-1)之间,叶绿素含量在2.01~2.90mg/g鲜重之间。各品种的光合强度和叶绿素含量有明显正相关。光合效能的遗传属于数量性状,F_1代出现明显的分离现象,而平均光合强度有减少的趋势。梨光合作用的光饱和点为55klx,而光补偿点是 2klx。30~35天的叶龄光合作用已达旺盛时期并能持续60~70天。一年中,5月下旬光合强度达到高峰能持续到7月下旬。一日间的光合强度依温度和光照强度而变化,初夏10~14时光合强度最旺盛,盛夏则为上午6~8时。
In this paper, the photosynthetic intensity and chlorophyll content of 13 pear cultivars and 4 crosses were studied. The results showed that most of pear photosynthetic intensity was between 11-15 mg co2dm -2 h -1 and chlorophyll content was between 2.01-2.90 mg / g fresh weight. There was a clear positive correlation between photosynthetic intensity and chlorophyll content of all varieties. The inheritance of photosynthetic efficiency belongs to the quantitative trait, and obvious segregation occurs on the F1 generation, while the average photosynthetic rate tends to decrease. Light saturation point of pear photosynthesis 55klx, and light compensation point is 2klx. Leaf photosynthesis at the age of 30-35 days has reached a vigorous period and can last from 60 to 70 days. In the year, the peak of photosynthetic intensity can reach the peak in late May till the end of July. The photosynthetic intensity of the day varies with temperature and light intensity, and the photosynthetic intensity is the highest from 10 to 14 in the early summer, while it ranges from 6 to 8 am in midsummer.
