二○一五年四月三日杨府办发〔2015〕13号区政府各委、办、局,各街道办事处、五角场镇政府:《关于做好2015年本区无偿献血工作的意见》已经2015年3月6日区政府第88次常务会议通过,现印发给你们,请认真按照执行。关于做好2015年本区无偿献血工作意见无偿献血是保证生命救治和提高人民健康水平的公益性卫生事业。为确保临床用血需求和安全,结合本市血液供需情况和增量趋势,经区政府同意,现就做好2015年本区无偿献血工作提出如下意见:
