一、港澳地区中文公文中语言的问题 港澳地区中文公文中的问题很多,其中最重要的是语言问题。莫名写过一篇文章,大意是说衙门里的公文是“四不像”公文:不像古文(又像古文——笔者加,以下同),不像广东话(又像广东活),不像外文(又像外文),不像普通话(又像普通话)。他说的都是语言问题。笔者还听不少人说,澳门的公文很难看懂,甚至比看外文还难。公文语言是语言现实的反映。港澳地区的语言至少有下列问题,值得讨论,以求共识:
