今年夏粮统购工作,由于全省小麦普遍丰收,特别是各级党政的正确领导,和体干部的积极努力以及广大农民的热烈支持,正确地贯彻了粮食政策,超额的完成了统购任务。这对保证国家经济设和供应城乡缺粮人民及对农业的社会主义改造,对灾区的支援,都起着极大的作用。现在秋季粮食作物开始收割,为了顺利完成秋季统购任务,本府除已颁发「陕西省人民政府秋季粮食统购暂行办法」外,再作如下指示:
This year’s grain purchasing and purchasing work has correctly implemented the grain policy because of the general bumper harvest of wheat in the province, especially the correct leadership of party and government at all levels, the active efforts of the cadres and cadres and the broad support from farmers. This will play a very big role in ensuring that the national economy will provide and supply the urban and rural people with deficit food, as well as the socialist transformation of agriculture and support to the disaster areas. Now that the fall grain crops begin to be harvested, in order to successfully complete the task of purchasing in autumn, the government has given the following instructions in addition to the “Interim Measures for Autumn Grain Purchases by Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government”
