段进:作为一名教师,天大的教育对我的教师生涯有着非常大的影响。老师们让我一直提醒自己作为教师的责任感以及思考教师与学生之间的关系。我觉得现在的年轻老师也应该向他们学习,保持好的传统。彭一刚老师和齐康老师的风格非常像,概括地说,我觉得他们对我的影响大概分四个方面。第一就是他们扎实的功底,第二是刻苦的习惯,第三是踏实的学风,第四是平和的为人。他们在这四个方面所体现出来的精神和品质对我有很深远的影响,在工作、执业、为人等方面我一直以他们为榜样。
Duan Jin: As a teacher, a big education has a very big impact on my teacher’s career. The teachers let me always remind myself of being a teacher and thinking about the relationship between teachers and students. I think now young teachers should learn from them and maintain a good tradition. The styles of PENG Yi-gang and Qikang teachers are very similar. In a nutshell, I think their influence on me is roughly divided into four aspects. The first is their solid foundation, the second is hardy habits, the third is pragmatic style of study, the fourth is a peaceful man. Their spirit and quality embodied in these four aspects have a profound impact on me. They have always taken the example of them in their work, practicing and being a man.
