通过构建客船碰撞事故树模型,描述基本事件(安全隐患)与事故之间的因果逻辑关系,解析事故发生的各种可能途径.对浙江辖区客船碰撞事故基本事件进行定量分析,运用ALARP风险图确定各安全隐患的风险等级.
Through constructing the collision tree model of passenger ship, this paper describes the causal logical relationship between the basic event (potential safety hazard) and the accident and analyzes all possible ways of the accident.Finally, the basic incident of the passenger ship collision in Zhejiang area is quantitatively analyzed and the ALARP risk map is used to determine The risk level of each potential safety hazard.
