本文对火箭结构常见的几种大开口加劲结构在受压状态(包括蒙皮失稳)的应力、变形作了计算与分析,并作了试验验证,提供了简便的应力和开口框特征点变形的工程计算公式,为开口结构强度设计及口框变形补偿提供了依据。
In this paper, the stress and deformation of several large-opening stiffening structures commonly used in rocket structures under pressure (including skin destabilization) are calculated and analyzed. Tests and verifications have been conducted to provide simple stress and deformation of open frame feature points. The engineering calculation formula provides the basis for the strength design of the opening structure and the compensation of the deformation of the frame.
