职初新教师岗前培训和见习期培养,是其专业发展的奠基时期。两种培训目标不同,前者应侧重于树立教育理想,激发教育热情,初步认识区域教育现状,明确奋斗方向;后者应侧重于教育、教学基本能力的培养。为提高实效,必须以课程建设以及培训形式创新为着力点。
Pre-service new teacher pre-job training and training period, is the foundation of its professional development period. The two training objectives are different. The former should focus on establishing education ideal, arousing enthusiasm for education, initially recognizing the status quo of regional education and defining the direction of struggle. The latter should focus on the training of basic ability in education and teaching. In order to improve the effectiveness, we must focus on curriculum construction and training innovation.
