一、前言海洋采油平台、海底管线、隧道、钢桩码头、栈桥、系船墩、航标、浮筒、钢闸门及舰船等钢结构物的水下部位,一般采用优质涂料防腐或阴极保护。但单独采用涂料或阴极保护的防腐效果一般还不够理想,经济效益也不高,若选择合适的涂料与阴极保护并用,则不但经济,而且效果更好。由于联合保护具有许多优越性,故应用已越来越广泛。本文论述了涂层防腐与阴极保护之间的内在联系、联合保护的设计方法及其应用实例。
I. Foreword Underwater parts of marine structures such as offshore oil platforms, submarine pipelines, tunnels, steel piers, trestles, mooring piers, beacons, buoys, steel gates and ships, are generally painted with high-quality paint or cathodic protection. However, the anticorrosive effect of coating or cathodic protection alone is generally not ideal and the economic benefits are not high. If the proper coating and cathodic protection are selected and used together, it is not only economical but also better in effect. As joint protection has many advantages, it has been applied more and more widely. This article discusses the inherent relationship between corrosion protection and cathodic protection coating, the design method of joint protection and its application examples.
